Just after my order, I was told that the trampoline was actually out of stock (even though it was in stock when I placed my internet order). I was worried about not receiving it on time, but I finally received it 10 or 15 days later. PHEW

It's hard to say what could be improved since I am very satisfied. Very fast delivery, trampoline easy to assemble (45 minutes for two) and seems to be of very good quality; to be confirmed with use over time. This trampoline has made two people happy, one of whom said it was the best gift she has ever received! The only small downside: the spring protection attachments. The knot of the elastic is not easy to insert into the black fabric loop. Moreover, the representation in the assembly booklet is not correct as it shows eyelets instead of fabric loops. In any case, I would recommend your company for purchasing a trampoline.

The protective cover should be easier to put on because you have to remove the hooks from the protective net to attach it! This is dangerous because children do not think to reposition the protective net after removing the cover and before jumping on the trampoline! Otherwise, it's an excellent product that I recommend to my friends.

Fast delivery and quick assembly despite a lack of clarity in the instructions: more explicit diagram.

Very good material, the only downside is finding the assembly instructions hidden after 30 minutes, too bad it can't be downloaded from the site. The bottom of the feet (the part that touches the ground) could benefit from a small clip system on the vertical posts to secure the whole. The ground fixing kit is unusable in stony soils like here in Provence, I strapped pallets covered with rocks to secure the trampoline. The protective netting needs better consideration as it poses a problem at the ladder level (not enough slack in the straps near the ladder: the hook broke on the first jump). Easy ordering process. For delivery, the requested date was not respected and the carrier did not call before delivering. After we called the carrier to agree with him, the delivery time and hour were respected.

I would have liked a bit more recommendations regarding the resistance of trampolines against bad weather. (mine flew away despite the ground anchoring provided by your services, it is now completely unusable).

Nothing to say: delivery times varied due to stock shortages but promise to be delivered before December 25th and promise kept. Phone call from the company France trampoline to ensure that it was indeed done. Material easy to assemble with the instructions provided, except that the times indicated on it are underestimated.

Order and Delivery: nothing to complain about. Service is efficient and fast. Regarding the material, we cannot comment for now, the trampoline is not yet assembled, let's wait for the nice days...

If you are talking about the order and delivery, I have absolutely nothing to complain about, it was very good. If you are talking about the trampoline, I can't say anything because it is not yet installed.

Delivery: we were supposed to be called before delivery. The delivery person called us 3 minutes before delivering. Fortunately, our daughter was present.

The delivery times were well respected, which is not the case for all internet orders! The product meets our expectations: solid, the children are delighted. Two downsides: the instructions could be improved (not very clear), and the differences between the different ranges proposed should be better specified on the site (it's not obvious without seeing them in person). We hope that our trampoline will last a long time.
