In the comment of my order, I had indicated a reception of the S08 material (cd made in S06 if I remember correctly). This request was not taken into account and caused me some reception issues... Too bad. Regarding the delivered tarp, there was no instruction for the fixings. Too bad as well.

In the spare parts, especially for the tubes (net attachment), it would be better to offer the tube size rather than the diameter. I mistakenly ordered the wrong tubes but France Trampoline resent me the correct tubes for free. Great company, yes, I will continue to source spare parts or others from them...

The ordering and delivery process worked perfectly. The trampoline, assembled but not yet used, seems to match the description. The documentation could be more precise: test it by having someone who has never done it and is 'not handy' assemble the trampoline and note the questions and hesitations. Then, especially, the small supplies like screws, nuts, etc. are provided without any surplus, the strictly necessary quantity, even insufficient. We were missing a small elastic string (Missing in the package? Lost by us?). Perhaps understandable for a low-end product, but an irritating and ridiculous stinginess for a trampoline sold for 700 euros.

I don't rate very good because the trampoline skirt was defective but the quality of the service and products (except the skirt) is up to par.

Lightning reception, three days after my order. The packages were on a pallet and everything was in good condition. The + my order was made online and was available but in reality a month delay (too many orders during the weekend). The commercial service informed me of the delay and offered to deliver a larger one for the same price. I find this proposal very commercial. Otherwise, the trampoline is solid and the design seems serious. The children are delighted with the purchase. I sincerely thank quality companies and trust them. Keep it up. Excellent service. The model I wanted was out of stock, so I was able to get the next model for the same price.

After the storm of December 2011, my trampoline was 'folded' and thus damaged... but thanks to the after-sales service I quickly received the defective parts to repair my trampoline. Plus, I didn't pay for shipping. Thank you for their professionalism.

I have nothing to blame France trampoline for, the only complaint I could have had would have been for the carrier who forgot me for the re-delivery, but since the error is human, and ultimately the delivery took place, everything is perfect. It is certain that if I need I will return to this site.

Order service n/a. Support also, but with just a small improvement (like a plan or Google Earth) provided to the customer who comes to pick up an item themselves at the Gradignan depot. There is nothing at the moment and it's not easy to find when you don't know. It's not a big deal to include on a site.

The direct services of France Trampoline have been perfect so far. However, it is rather the delivery side that left me perplexed: I was delivered early Monday morning without having previously arranged an appointment... I suppose that if I hadn't been there, the carrier would have surely charged for the travel costs for the next appointment....

The carrier who came to deliver the trampoline was very rushed and unfriendly. So it was difficult to take the time to check the goods.

I got a bit panicked when after paying on the site, I received a message saying that there were none in stock! But fortunately, I got an email the next day to confirm a quick restocking. Kudos also for the little phone call after delivery. Good material, seems robust!
