Fast delivery. After comparison, the quality of the trampoline is much superior to those from large stores. The only small complaint is that the safety net is considered an accessory and is only guaranteed for 6 months. One could easily be tempted by certain accessories, but the 19€ shipping fee calms things down a bit.

The transporters delivered the package to the house without making an appointment with us. They even left it with the neighbor, so I couldn't check its condition (fortunately no problem).

Very available and friendly people during calls. Email requests are handled quickly. Small downside on the carrier who was supposed to arrive at 9 am and finally arrived at 2 pm. A bit of a shame because it blocked my whole morning for nothing.

Product of very good quality a downside for the delivery time slot from 9 am to 3 pm I had to call at 3 pm to learn that the delivery person had not found the street during his morning delivery. A day blocked when he could have simply made a phone call...
