We are very happy with our trampoline, the kids are thrilled, maybe just one small criticism, there are some rubber feet missing to cushion the shock when the kids are inside.

The product seems to be of very good quality. We will see in use. The service was exceptional (pleasant and professional phone contact, no delay from the carrier). The kids are super happy, the trampoline is very good, but you need to be quite strong to assemble it... I don't know if there are assembly videos on your site, I managed without with my 9-year-old son, but if there are any I advise future users to watch them beforehand to save time.
