Everything is remarkable!!! This is my second trampoline, and frankly, it’s the best of the best :). I received my jump up 390 in 3 days, and the quality of customer service is top-notch. New purchase made on May 18. It is June 2 and we still do not have our order. Hope to have it this week as the sun should arrive... Delivery a bit late due to a stock shortage of which we were well informed at the time of order. Carrier who schedules delivery "within the day" (not easy for working people). We are very satisfied with the trampoline purchased for our 4 children aged 3 to 12 years. They assembled it in 2h30 with their dad, everything is well explained. You can clearly see that it is of good quality and very sturdy! The trampoline creaks a bit but that must be normal in the first few days? Just need the sun to enjoy it fully!!

Trampoline seems to be of good quality, good rebounds. Difficulty in setting up the safety net, but with YouTube help it's fine. We are happy with our purchase, and the children are delighted!

The trampoline is very good, and it was delivered on time in a professional manner. However, there are 2 problems: 1. The instructions start in French and end in Spanish. It should be chosen, and French if possible. 2. The instructions do not indicate at what height to set the stakes that hold the net. So we mounted them 3 times. But it may be due to the explanations in Spanish.

One spring is missing. I received 71 instead of 72. Can you send me the missing spring as soon as possible? Best regards,

Very happy with my purchase

The people who work for this site are REAL professionals. I ordered all the holidays and bridges of May the previous Saturday and received everything on Friday. Just too great in less than a week!!! I ordered the jump'up one size before the largest size and I assure you it's already super super big... I bought them for my 5 and a half year old son (the half is important), but it's mostly us who are having fun. Too bad I don't live in the south to use it every day (yes, Parisian life has its drawbacks). Finally, YOU ARE A PERFECT TEAM! Thank you (I assure you this is not a compliment made by someone from France trampoline), just a mother of a family more than delighted for her children.
