Hello, purchase of a Jump'Up 390 trampoline & ground fixation kit. Delivery time relatively reasonable despite close public holidays. Call from the carrier & appointment made for the next day. Trampoline received on a pallet in 5 well-protected packages. Easy assembly with the help of the manual & video online. The materials seem robust (to be seen over time: here marine climate) & the finish is neat. Contact made with customer service for the jumping mat: immediate response & handling (less than 24h). Quick & efficient reaction to all exchanges via the site or Facebook... Very good customer service.. After several searches online, I highly recommend "France Trampoline" for the relational & professional quality of the product. Our trampoline is unanimously praised in our circle & our pride. Excellent site. Order placed on a Sunday evening and delivered on Friday morning, all this with the public holiday on May 1st in between, FABULOUS!!! The 3m60 trampoline assembled without difficulty, no missing parts. The kids can't get enough of it, very good quality trampoline, I have already advertised it to my friends and colleagues :)

Fast delivery. Easy assembly. Still plan for about 3 hours for a complete assembly with two people. Remember to warm up a bit beforehand. For non-sporty people, be careful to take it gradually... Watch out for sore muscles. The trampoline is a real sport...

The trampoline corresponds well to our purchase. Only downside, the pallet is slightly crushed but after unpacking, the trampoline is in good condition. But you are not to blame.

In my opinion, it definitely needs to be weighted down to ensure stability in the wind.
