I am very satisfied with the jump'up trampoline I bought from you. Admittedly, the price is higher compared to some competing products, but having tested both, the jump'up is much more interesting: sturdier, more stable. I was also very satisfied with the pre-sales service, delivery times, and also the after-sales service (the net had a small defect that was replaced for free). I highly recommend this product, 100% French too!

I bought a rectangular trampoline of 3m x 2m with nets. Very good manufacturing without problems during assembly. I weigh 70 kg, the structure's support and the fabric's resistance seem very good. The kids love it. However, we are very far from the 72 hours delivery after the order. 11 days in my case. I recommend this product.

Delivery took longer than indicated (order 01.04. - delivered 12.04.). The first appointment with Kühne & Nagel was not respected because the driver was not informed??!
