Following my order of a jump up 360 trampoline pack, shipping time within 24 hours respected. Contact by the carrier the next day to set an appointment the day after for my case. However, had to pick up the packages at a meeting point because delivery with a 12-ton truck that could not pass through the alleys of my town. Assembly quite quick. Correct trial. nothing to complain about the quality for now. See in the long term.

Regarding the material: very good quality, but assembly takes more than an hour for 2 people. (3 hours in our case) However, regarding the delivery, luckily I met the delivery woman (a small frail young woman) in a parking lot in my village because her truck (a 10-tonne) would not have passed in my access road.

For now, I can only evaluate the delivery and transport, we have not opened the packages. For transport: everything was done to ensure that the delivery was quick and on time. For the delivery: nothing to report, punctual. For the assembly, 2 problems: - the protective sleeves for the net bars that are not mentioned in the manual, - the fiberglass rods that tension the net are too short (or you have to adjust the net posts by 0.5 cm which is impossible without a reference). For the quality of the material: so far everything is fine.

The trampoline is beyond words, just perfect. Quickly assembled (about 2h30), and approved by my three monsters! The quality is impressive compared to other brands, it's a different budget, but it's really worth it!

The site is very clear. I had a question about the delivery date and I received the answer to my question in less than 48 hours. The delivery went exactly as planned. The packages were on time. One suggestion though: consider stronger packaging or, better, more packages to make them easier to transport. The main package weighed about 100 kilos, which is way too much!
