Good quality trampoline. It took us 2 hours and 30 minutes to install it with 2 people. One small issue, I think there should be a zipper on the safety net instead of a Velcro opening because my 3-year-old son fell through. The delivery person delivered in 2 separate packages; for the first one, he contacted us and we stayed home to receive the goods, but the second time we were not notified. Luckily our neighbor was in the garden at that moment and was able to retrieve the package.

We are very happy with our purchase. Delivered quickly and easy to assemble. Count two hours for two people anyway :-) The girls are delighted and so are we!! We recommend the site with pleasure!

Note: you need to position the fiberglass rods that hold the safety net correctly. This is not very clear in the assembly instructions. The overall quality seems good but needs to be judged over time.

Solid material, easy to assemble, meets our expectations. We even received a mini trampoline as a gift because there was a one-week delay for the supply. Very good quality/price ratio. This is not the gadgets found in commercial areas. Even in the entry-level (oxygen), the product is very well finished. The height of the net is optimum and very secure. The mat and springs allow for nice jumps and the impact remains relatively soft.

Despite some logistical issues at the start, France Trampoline did everything possible to meet my needs and deliver in very good conditions.

We received the trampoline in a very short time, assembly quite easy except for the ladder where the diagram is incomprehensible. OTHERWISE PERFECT, THE KIDS LOVE IT.

Very good product of excellent quality, but our package arrived damaged (underneath the pallet so not easy to check) with missing parts! Very good responsiveness from your services to address this inconvenience. But why not secure the packages with a film or something else?

quality product at a reasonable price, the kids are super happy and don't leave the jumping surface!!!! The only downside: the delivery, scheduled for 5 working days and received 3 weeks later (fault of the carrier and incompatibility of their schedules ...)

Good quality material, original design, the instructions are easy to follow, except for one point: you have to be careful when assembling the top of the net to pass the black bands outside the posts before inserting the fiberglass into the posts. The only downside I see is that there is nothing to hold the plastic protection covering the posts in place, it slips.
