France trampoline: very good service, very responsive. Regarding the delivery company: quality was more than average. Appointment made on Monday morning: waited all morning. We learned after making the effort to call that the temporary delivery person did not show up. The least they could have done was call us to avoid wasting a day. The next day, the delivery scheduled for the afternoon arrived at noon. The delivery person was not aware, and we were lucky to be present as we had other obligations.

Delivery on time. A bit longer to assemble than stated in the documentation (especially the ladder which is supposed to be basic). Once assembled: product of very high quality. Quality also confirmed by guests who have already jumped on other trampolines from different brands. Sturdy and especially very bouncy!!

Helpful assistance in choosing the product thanks to the amount of information gathered on the site. The trampoline arrived in 5 days. Quality materials and finishes. The children (ages 1.5 to 8) were delighted, and the parents were reassured by the safety offered by the product (Oxygen).

Exactly what I wanted! Delivery on the scheduled day and assembly of the whole was quite easy!

We were pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery. Although the ladder is missing (which we will receive soon), the trampoline is very sturdy, of good quality, and a good size. The net is also of very good quality with a top rod, which keeps the net rigid and prevents it from sagging. Highly recommended!

Very good contact. I was even called back to verify the dimensions of my trampoline. The only downside is the delivery. Everything arrived well and on time but the packaging of my jumping mat was a bit light, and thus mishandled by the delivery people. Package needs reinforcement....
