As soon as unpacked, you know you are dealing with a quality product. The entire material is well made and seems to be very durable. Assembly is easy and relatively quick. The accessories (spring pads, net, ladder) are also of impeccable quality. I will still have some reservations about the protective pad covering the springs. The fasteners are too few in number and it tends to come off during use, leaving the springs exposed. I had to do some stitching with sail material to remedy the problem.

This comment concerns a Booster trampoline 4m20. Quick order and delivery (2 days), within the time slot announced by the carrier. Assembly took longer than expected, but without any unpleasant surprises: the instructions are clear, the delicate points are well explained... but I was alone (2 people recommended). The final product seems to be of very good quality. The children were surprised (ENORMOUSLY) to discover it upon returning from vacation. In short, 5/5.

Good material. Fast delivery. Very correct packaging. Easy assembly with instructions in French. One small downside: manufacturing defect on 2 springs. Out of 88 springs, it's not essential and I will contact the company to arrange for an exchange. The first impressions are good regarding quality. Review to be reassessed in a few years.

The trampoline completely meets our expectations. The delivery was perfect. The only downside is that the assembly turned out to be more difficult than expected because the manual in French for the protective net was missing and the key provided for assembly as well as one bolt were damaged, so we had to go buy others. After this bad moment passed, the trampoline finally assembled, the children and we ourselves are having great moments of laughter thanks to this trampoline which seems very robust.

I live in Switzerland and I have a postal box in France but it only accepts Colissimo or Chronopost! Many Swiss do this when they live not too far from the border! It's not bad either! We don't necessarily have a private address in France, because of the carriers! Because for us in Switzerland, customs fees are very expensive. If we live in France, it's great but for me who orders from Switzerland, it's a bit annoying. Plus, they are very nice at the phone.

Clear, precise, and compliant. Nothing to say (except that :-) ) !!! Be sure to test the compliance of the accessories sold!!! When installing the protective net of the trampoline, I had to shorten the fiberglass rod by 26 cm to close it!!
