I appreciated that they called me before sending my replacement cover to ensure that my choice was not wrong. Moreover, the delivery was ultra-fast. The only downside is that I find the shipping costs too high (almost 20% of the product value), they are a real barrier to purchase as they made me give up buying the protective roof.
