It's a shame I didn't get more information between the Jump'up and Booster products.

Hello, I am very satisfied with the trampoline, however regarding the delivery, it is more than bad. I received a call the day before telling me that I would be delivered the next day between 2 PM and 4 PM, so I stayed at home. At 5 PM, seeing no one arrive, I called. The person on the line had the carrier on the line who was in Caudry, about 15 km from my home, and that I was his last delivery. So I waited until 8 PM and no one came, not a call, no email, etc. I called the next morning and no one could inform me. I called back early in the afternoon and was told that the delivery person was in my street. I could have not been at home since I was waiting for him the day before between 2 PM and 4 PM. He dropped off my package without further explanation. I wanted to inform you about this. Best regards.

The service is very good. The only downside is that the shipping is a bit expensive.

The trampoline is great, nice, apparently solid, and perfectly suitable for my grandchildren. It was delivered very quickly, in accordance with what the site indicates, and the carrier (who came with a gigantic truck over 3.80m high) made every effort necessary to deliver by backing through an orchard. Only problem: the instructions for assembling the ladder are not clear, and even after much effort I am not sure we assembled it correctly.
