Nothing to report except for the carrier issue for which we never received the delivery notice and which required a new delivery, thus incurring additional costs.

The product is of good quality and seems robust (the years will tell, but we have friends who have had this product for 6 years), however I found that the quality of your assembly instructions is average to mediocre (unclear diagram, vague explanation). This is, in my view, unfortunate because it is the first contact of the customer with your product and the first impression is always lasting. Here is a comment that aims to be constructive and I hope it will be useful to you. Of course, I do not forget to specify that the children (but also the parents!!) are having a blast! Super fast delivery, less than 5 days after the order. Quality of the material present. Ovalia 490 model with net, ladder, and football net. I contacted customer service for information and got a response 10 minutes later. I assembled it all by myself in 6h30... it was the first time I assembled one.

I have never encountered a site, in the field of home and garden equipment, as precise in its presentation, as respectful of its deadlines, and having such an organized and punctual delivery service. The delivered product is exactly as described. I am more than delighted with this solid trampoline, with effective accessories, the whole being discreet and aesthetic, it was assembled by two people in 3 hours, as planned. Thick green plastic winter cover for large trampoline with safety net: very complete and accurate product description on the site, easy installation with the detailed manual and good resistance to the weather already endured (violent Mistral and 2 heavy storms). The fastening system is much better designed than what I had seen elsewhere. Speed of dispatch. I see no negative points!

Good phone contacts allowing to finalize the choice of the Jump'In 360 trampoline. Delivery scheduled between 1 PM and 3 PM, arrived at 11 AM: no problem we were able to have someone move to receive the packages. Assembly possible by 1 calm person attentive to the instructions. The product seems to meet my expectations, I hope the children's use will confirm it. Not sure I will use the site again as 1 trampoline should be enough for me :-) or for maintenance parts; however, no problem recommending the site and the product.

High quality service! Ordered on Sunday received on Thursday! High quality product that makes both kids AND adults happy! I was tempted by the reviews and really not disappointed. The after-sales service is really very responsive! An email at 8:30 for a clarification, a callback not even an hour later! Nowadays, this is becoming rare. The product is a bit more expensive than at D*... but really the price difference is justified. No regrets The oval shape is really very practical. In terms of placement in the garden, less space loss and I find it more practical and more fun for jumps as well. I recommend compared to the round. But that's my opinion. Just a small downside, the net instructions are not in French. But well illustrated so not bothersome for assembly but it's nice to have a manual illustrating it when buying a French product. I recommend this site with my eyes closed. I will come back next year to give my opinion after 1 year of intensive use!!! lol

Top quality material, solid, easy but physical installation, you need at least 2 people for assembly, even 3 at certain moments. The kids are thrilled. And I am very happy to have chosen this oval model which is different, pleases the children and is practical for acrobatic figures! My only downside is about the delivery, I had to call twice because the carrier gave no sign of life.

Protection mat too small, barely covers the springs. The net closure system (velcro) is impractical and far from being as ergonomic as a rack. For the rest, the material is of good quality.
