It has already been several months since our children have been using their trampoline, and frankly, everything is perfect. Fast delivery and without problems, ultra-easy assembly, super reliable material and incomparable quality (compared to more generalist distributors...). As a result, several of my neighbors have ordered from France trampoline and are also very satisfied! A brand to recommend with closed eyes.

We are very happy with our trampoline. Very good quality. Assembly is quite simple. Delivery was very fast. Great playground for little ones and big ones.

Quality product description. After receipt, of course within the deadlines and with the carrier's appointment, we find that the product is really of very good quality. We are absolutely delighted and, what was supposed to be a game for the children has ultimately turned into a game for the whole family. Thank you.

Bottom attachments (safety net) a bit weak. Pinching the rods for embedding in the structure is not easy with the provided tool. I extended the handles with two iron tubes. However, this trampoline is very attractive due to its original shape. The position of the safety net is a plus as it offers greater jumping flexibility.

Delivery within the announced deadlines, assembly of the trampoline not too complicated and especially the joy of our little children (and their friends).

It's a shame that we can't exchange or change when the product doesn't fit because that just happened to me. The product I ordered doesn't fit. Attention the mistake is mine, I took the dimensions wrong, I realized it before installing it but it was too late, but well, the product is left on my hands. So don't do like me, take the measurements well before confirming the order because not all products are exchangeable or refundable, too bad!!!!

I wanted to thank you for your efficiency, indeed when I placed the order indicating that I wanted to be delivered within 2 days if possible (my daughter's birthday...). No problem except that I did not receive an invoice. For the manual, step 2 of the Oxygen guide can mislead regarding the positioning of the spring holes and the fixing holes of the foot connection tubes. The drawing of the holes on the diagrams would facilitate understanding.

The only downside is that I ordered a product that was out of stock, but this was well indicated at the time of order and the restocking time was well respected (one week).
