Quality of service and advice not detailed enough. The product could be better described, I did not understand that the trampoline net was inside the trampoline and that the trampofoot could not fit. The ladder purchased does not touch the ground, too bad! Impossible to make a trench along the trampoline, so the ladder is unsuitable for the product!

A bit expensive but impeccable material, very good quality, easy to assemble, very good delivery times. The only downside is that I would have preferred a protective cover instead of the mini trampoline. I would recommend this site to my friends, thank you!

I ordered the Apollo sport trampoline. It was delivered quickly and without any problems. The assembly took a bit long but we took our time and it is a very large trampoline. Excellent quality of the product

The trampoline is of excellent quality and for the price, you really get your money's worth; the assembly guide is well done and we progress without difficulty. However, a downside regarding the installation of the safety net which is delivered in another box with an overly brief assembly notice and we had to start over after making a mistake. The assembly should be as precise as for the trampoline. It would be perfect, even for novices!

The site is very well done with the possibility to compare different offers. Once the order is placed, delivery is quick in the form of a half-palette with two boxes: 1 for the trampoline and 1 for the net. Assembly is done without problems if you consult the manual especially regarding the spring attachment; it is indeed necessary to respect the recommendations to attach the springs without effort. The material seems solid upon first contact; to be seen in use under weather conditions.

Good information in general except the waiting time a bit too long between the bank withdrawal and the carrier's call in case one does not check the package tracking (my case) maybe insist more on the tracking info preparation by passing the info instead of the customer doing the search. Carrier call and time slot: very good.

Very good material, excellent quality of materials. My only regret: the assembly booklet still lacks clarity, the assembly phases are not yet sufficiently clear. Moreover, the provided tool (pliers) is really not practical for assembling the legs; I had to use a multi-grip pliers.
