Not yet received the material but the sales conditions are very correct.

Very good site, serious, a small issue because the protective cover was available on the site while there were none left, they called me the next day to inform me of the error and a second shipment was made at no extra cost.

The trampoline was delivered within the scheduled time but the package was ripped open and all the bolts were missing... Not very nice! Fortunately, we had some on hand. **************

I am very satisfied. The products are of quality and the customer service is very professional. I appreciated that they called me before sending my replacement cover to ensure that my choice was not wrong. Moreover, the delivery was ultra-fast. The only downside is that I find the shipping costs too high (almost 20% of the product value), they are a real barrier to purchase as they made me give up buying the protective roof.

The order was processed quite quickly but I had to inquire to know that it had arrived in my department, which means a final delivery time of 5 working days and not three. Moreover, the ladder and the trampoline foot mentioned in the order were missing!

Clear site, explanations okay but I ordered about ten days ago and it would be good to be able to track the order in real-time and know when the delivery will take place or at least the deadline, even approximate.

Very good investment this trampoline, super quality, follow the assembly instructions well otherwise it quickly becomes annoying, however the transport service leaves much to be desired (operators difficult to reach, poor communication of information, expect to be at your door all day!!)

It has already been several months since our children have been using their trampoline, and frankly, everything is perfect. Bottom attachments (safety net) a bit weak. Pinching the rods for embedding in the structure is not easy with the provided tool. I extended the handles with two iron tubes. However, this trampoline is very attractive due to its original shape. The position of the safety net is a plus as it offers greater jumping flexibility.

Delivery within the announced deadlines, assembly of the trampoline not too complicated and especially the joy of our little children (and their friends).

It's a shame that we can't exchange or change when the product doesn't fit because that just happened to me. The product I ordered doesn't fit. Attention the mistake is mine, I took the dimensions wrong, I realized it before installing it but it was too late, but well, the product is left on my hands. So don't do like me, take the measurements well before confirming the order because not all products are exchangeable or refundable, too bad!!!!
