Indeed, despite a delivery date announced at the order that was about to not be respected, you took care of a fast delivery to meet your commitments (thank goodness I called you). Regarding the delivery of the product, the bag containing the assembly parts was open in the box and 3 bolt covers were broken as well as 2 plastic net supports (foot attachment and net attachment)... too bad... In any case, your welcome and your responsiveness are OK. I hope to receive the damaged parts during transport for free. Best regards

We are completely satisfied with our order from France Trampoline. The trampoline is of a quality significantly superior to those found in large retail chains (stores and online), for a price that is indeed a bit higher, but not so much considering the quality gain. Details, perhaps, but which ultimately change everything. For example, the feet of the net structure go all the way to the ground, which prevents them from being knocked over at the slightest gust of wind. The net is well tensioned around the trampoline, which allows it to truly serve as safety, because what good is a floppy net that will only entangle the child in their fall without holding them? The top of the net is made rigid by a ring, which is much more aesthetic. And above all, the assembly was long but simple because the holes align well with each other, the pieces fit together well. Instructions in very clear French, and there are also video explanations on the site. In short, impeccable. Perfect also on the choice of carrier, who completely left us the choice of delivery day (J+10 after the call because I couldn't do it before), which is convenient when you have to take time off. Very nice color for this hammock and good quality. For the fixing kit, it would need slightly longer cords (5m instead of 3). Otherwise, it's perfect.

Negative: The carrier made an appointment without checking the presence of all the packages. Assembly instructions not always precise enough. Assembly clamp not very practical. Positive: the trampoline seems to be of very good quality. We will have to see its durability over time.

Easy assembly. No issues with the parts. Used it for only 24 hours but seems to be of very good quality. The only downside is for the transport aspect. Impossible to have the transporter's number to arrange an appointment. No delivery date. Only a call from the delivery person when in front of the house while we were at work. We had to urgently arrange with the neighbors for them to receive it. Otherwise, 5 stars. France Trampoline should improve this logistics.

Quality of service and advice not detailed enough. The product could be better described, I did not understand that the trampoline net was inside the trampoline and that the trampofoot could not fit. The ladder purchased does not touch the ground, too bad! Impossible to make a trench along the trampoline, so the ladder is unsuitable for the product!

A bit expensive but impeccable material, very good quality, easy to assemble, very good delivery times. The only downside is that I would have preferred a protective cover instead of the mini trampoline. I would recommend this site to my friends, thank you!
