I ordered the Jump'Up 360 pack, delivery within the announced time (1 week), however, a lot of waiting for the protective cover but we are in summer so no urgent need. Very good quality of the product, easy assembly, my daughter and my wife are enjoying it!!!

Fast order, quick shipping, no problem with reception, package well packaged. I regret that there is no commercial gesture towards a customer who buys many spare parts to refurbish his trampoline purchased from you a few years ago.

Regarding the delivery of the product, the bag containing the assembly parts was open in the box and 3 bolt covers were broken as well as 2 plastic net supports (foot attachment and net attachment)... too bad...
