The delivery went smoothly within the deadlines, after a phone appointment. The packaging is impeccable. We opted for a Jump'Up 250 model. Assembly is very easy: just follow the instructions in the manual (like an Ikea furniture). Once assembled, what is immediately obvious is confirmed: it is quality material. The kids are having a blast, in complete safety! A small regret: we should have ordered the protective cover at the same time (it would have saved us the shipping costs that we will have to pay for our next order).

The delivery was so-so, as the box was damaged and there was syrup everywhere on the trampoline. As for the product itself, it is very, very simple to assemble, the parts of the trampoline are very reassuring, you can clearly see that it is a very good product.... I took a long time to choose a trampoline for my daughter and I wanted a product that would meet my safety requirements, a reasonable price, a nice design, and good quality! I found all the criteria I desired with you!!! I am delighted!

the site is very good and the material is of good quality. I have one complaint about the delivery service, which is unable to give you a time slot, which says it will call you back but does not do so, I called at least 4 times to be told that the truck was in front of my house and was going to leave, no one had warned me!! Great difficulty in assembling the trampoline and especially the protective net! We took 2 and a half to 4 hours. After all these mishaps, the kids and adults are constantly on it!

The delivery time was respected, however the assembly time for the trampoline was 4 hours and not one hour thirty. The manual is quite clear and you have to be very attentive to position the springs (count carefully which hole the spring should be positioned in). The trampoline seems to be of good quality and the bounce (jump up 360) brings joy to the whole family. A downside for the protective cover: you have to remove the hoop of the net, but since it is very high, it is difficult to access the top of the poles to remove it. Overall, we do not regret our purchase at all.

Quality service!! The delivery person called to agree on a delivery date and time. The assembly was well explained and 2 hours later the kids were on the trampoline. The quality of the product seems really good, we'll see in a few years...

Apart from a setback with the carrier, we are completely satisfied. If we had to make wishes (but which do not question our satisfaction): - Reference the parts as in the manual with adhesive perhaps (for the oval we confused the arcs of circles). - A manual in French for assembling the net. - We lost a lot of time starting to assemble the springs (oval) because we didn't know which one to start with, the number of holes being even. These details are really insignificant and surely related to our way of reasoning. We are delighted and the happiness of our children is the only guarantee of the product's quality. If we do not reuse the site (we are not going to buy trampolines every year but I would have liked the tent to fit the oval), in any case, we will recommend it without reservation.
