"Trampoline Jump’Up 360 - Pack XL" model, good quality and not difficult to install with two people. Delivery received on time. The ladder is of good quality but is meant to be placed without attaching to the structure (not very stable), and therefore not very easy to use. I recommend the product.

Product that seems to be of good quality. The assembly of the legs is a bit tough, you need to lubricate well. The attachments for the safety net poles seem a bit fragile. The spring protection could have been better secured. We'll see how it holds up over time.

The delivery person did not want to use the tailgate of his truck to lower the package to go faster and not get tired. He therefore dropped the package which was damaged. Fortunately, there was no breakage inside but the cardboard and pallet were damaged.

The merchandise was delivered on time and is of good quality... the only downside... the instruction manual does not always specify the order in which the assembly should be done. I had to disassemble part of it to place the ladder.

Serious site and fast delivery. The materials are of good quality but not easy to assemble, you need at least 2 people. The instructions are well explained. The only thing I find really impractical is the complicated net to assemble and my trampoline protection, there isn't really any fixation, so when you jump the spring protection comes off. My old low-quality trampoline had its fixings, it's a shame because the trampoline is great.
