Very well thought out products with a small reservation to make regarding safety considering the 8% slope necessary for adults and teenagers to have fun. A belt and a carabiner should be provided to prevent underestimating the risk of falling. Best regards

First of all, the delivery went very well with a very nice delivery person who helped me with the unloading (220 kg after all). Be careful with the packaging which had suffered some damage but fortunately only on the outside and not the merchandise. As for the trampoline, it is of very good quality. It seems to be of very good quality overall but we will see the wear over time. The instructions are still a bit lacking in my opinion. Overall very satisfied with the purchase and the kids are thrilled.

It is not you or your site that is at fault but your delivery provider DPD. The package was supposed to be delivered on 23/12 we are on the 26th still nothing, on the 23rd I can understand the day before Christmas many packages........ but here no info package in CESTAS should have been delivered that day;

The trampoline is of good quality but very difficult to assemble, very hard to push the tubes. Explanation and image not very clear. We really struggled even though we are used to assembling things. Moreover, I am disappointed, I waited for Black Friday to get 15% and order the trampoline to have it for Christmas. Later in December it was at 30%, that's a difference of 200 euros after all.
