Very happy with the product, however quite disappointed with the delivery: 45-kilo package and by phone the delivery person informs me that I will have no help to carry it to my door... I have to ask for at least some help to carry it up the 3 steps of my home. How can one think that this can be managed alone and without help?

Regarding the delivery, it is clearly stated in the General Sales Conditions, clause 7 (https://france-trampoline.com/fr/content/3-conditions-vente) that delivery is made to the threshold of the address, the driver is in no way obliged to deliver the goods beyond the threshold or if you live on the upper floor. At the time of scheduling, for these bulky products, the delivery company may nevertheless offer delivery by several people but with an additional charge to be borne by the customer and to be settled with the delivery company. Trampoline Jump Up 430. Quality product that bounces very well. With the protective cover, it stays clean and protected. The cover is easy to put on and take off, less than five minutes, just leave it on one side without completely removing it. This trampoline is easy to assemble but takes time the first time because you have to remember to put the parts in the right direction. I recommend the product, it seems to have a good quality-price ratio (to be seen over time), fast and quality delivery.

Everything was perfect: clear site, order, confirmation, fast and free delivery. ...Now all that's left is to set up the zip line! A small remark from a designer: a wooden seat is more valuable, but it would be even better with a rubber toroidal profile fitted tightly, glued.

This polyester textile net is very strong with a weight of 100g/m², a material much more resistant than polyethylene, which is a material often used on low-end trampolines.
