Hello, We have taken your comments regarding the slackline into account. We are disappointed to read, after a year and a half (and not 6 months), that your experience is not more positive. Indeed, we have only received positive feedback on this product range and we are very happy with its quality and long-term resistance. As explained during our email exchange, it seems that the tree protectors, provided with the strap, were not installed when setting up your slackline, which caused the bark of the tree to rub against the strap, resulting in the tear. Despite this poor installation, we have exceptionally sent you a replacement strap under warranty. Hello, We have taken your comments regarding the shipping costs of your shipment into account. Indeed, we very rarely have requests for shipments by Chronopost for batches of carabiners or other small spare parts, therefore the transport offer by Chronopost is not suitable for small shipments. We will study the possibility of offering a more suitable offer for requests for express shipment of light products.
