I am disappointed with the quality of the trampoline pad which does not match in foam thickness or skirt length to the original despite what customer service says: I checked with the old pad that I replaced.

I would just say that the weakness is the plastic hooks that break easily so I made a request to customer service and they sent me some free of charge. But they break again. I had to replace them with metal hooks that I bought at a hardware store. Otherwise, very good product and very responsive customer service. So product to recommend.
