A rather long delivery time (order in November, received in March). A follow-up was necessary to get news about my order.

This supplier is exceptional both in terms of the quality of its products and its commercial operation... It's a pity that when I ordered my baby trampoline, there were none left and I had to wait 3 months to receive my product... It's true that I ordered after Christmas and I certainly wasn't the only one wanting to give a gift.

Very satisfied with the product. I had already bought the same one a few years ago which I sold after a move. So I am won over. However, a small question: the protection that comes over the springs moves and the springs are sometimes uncovered. Is this normal or is it a defect in installation?

Significant problem in the shipment composition. The boxes are too light in quality to support the weight of the material inside. The packages arrive tampered with, emptied of their contents. 1st shipment refused due to missing ordered parts, 2nd accepted due to urgency in use but unfortunately the same observation. The subcontracting of your packaging and shipments is detrimental to the quality of your products.
