Very significant delay, several months, in the delivery of the product which cannot probably be entirely attributed to the health crisis. Moreover, the delivery was made in 2 parts with an interval of more than 6 months between the two receptions. Otherwise, the product is of very good quality.

Indeed, you received your order in 2 deliveries: we made a first shipment with the trampoline and its essential accessories in a first delivery so that you could enjoy it. Quality product...super only complaint is the very long delivery time. I had to call because the product was supposed to be delivered, email in support, but nothing. I had to call the carrier who had subcontracted to another... it took time... the delivery person was very nice 5 stars but their company is too slow...

Product is completely compliant and satisfactory. Delivery of the product needs to be reviewed. Package delivered with defective and torn packaging. Delivery person was not very concerned about the problem.
