Order met my expectations, carrier was very average with no hygiene rules, I was supposed to receive it on Friday and I received it on Tuesday, supposedly he couldn't find my address on Friday! Hello, thank you for highlighting the quality of our material. Indeed, some accessories from our packs have been missing due to current supply difficulties. Rather than delaying the entire delivery, we preferred to send the trampoline and the available accessories as soon as possible and to send the missing accessory later at our expense. We are sorry to read that this solution may not have been the most practical for you. Very good delivery. The assembly document lacks precision, especially for assembling the legs and crossbars which is a technical step... Once assembled, we are completely satisfied with the trampoline, however, we find the protective cover unsuitable and impractical.

Santa Claus brought us a zip line and we are absolutely delighted with our new outdoor game. We slightly underestimated the launch height and will need to set up a platform, but other than that everything was perfect. Customer service was very attentive, available, and gave good advice. Order delivered on time, well packaged. No mention of the country of manufacture of the Ninja course elements (unless I am mistaken). Blue net space between each 'rung' larger than I imagined. Lack of precision on the maintenance of the course during the year if it remains outside.

Very positive. Videos on the site for help with assembling and disassembling the trampoline are very useful for putting on the protective cover. Easy to assemble but it's better to have two people for a diameter of more than 3 meters. Very good communication with customer service. High-quality trampoline: my children loved it as well as the adults, hence the importance of buying a cover to protect it during the winter. There are several possibilities for rainwater drainage that cannot stagnate; the wind does the rest of the work.
