The product generally meets my expectations but: The assembly is complicated with a poorly written and insufficient assembly manual. One of the elements (the outer protection around a trampoline) cannot be assembled (the distance between the Velcro does not match that of the trampoline).

Hello In 2015 I placed an order, everything went well In January 2021 I reordered. I had a problem with a part that does not fit (the Velcro does not match) I reported it but they did not want to send me the defective part. They told me it was JUST aesthetic. Today I paid for a trampoline whose aesthetics do not match what I ordered.
