Excellent quality of the product. Ovalie 360 model. It's a good compromise between space taken in the garden and room for children under 12 to have fun. Regarding the quality of service, communication was very good and deadlines were respected. The whole is qualitative. The only downside is the protective cover that must be placed on the mat after removing the net, so it's quite impractical for frequent use.

We have a somewhat mixed opinion of our order, after ordering a premium trampoline net with a velcro wallet closure, we received the net identical to the standard model. After an email to address this order issue, we were told that we indeed received the ordered model and that the velcro model is no longer marketed. Nothing indicates on the product that it is indeed premium and therefore thicker and more resistant than the standard. In any case, the net received is thinner than the original. Best regards ***

Wait due to covid... no problem. The follow-up, a wait of about 2 months to receive my order in several shipments. A real mess between France Trampoline and its transport provider. The provider who comes without warning every time. The carrier who comes to pick up an order that never arrived and for an imaginary return... honestly a sketch and I never complain!
