Delivery OK, satisfactory material. I use a winch to tension (moderately) the cable. Attention: I cannot imagine the tension achieved with brooms over 40 m (see instructions!). I am satisfied with the overall service.

Very easy to install, I took the liberty of adding a hoist (which remains permanently) at the start of the zip line for better tension and to facilitate the lifting of the cable (installed alone). The kids are delighted and so are we to see them having fun. Added a harness + lanyard system for my 5-year-old to secure her, maybe you should offer this kind of thing on your site ;-)

Quality product...super only complaint is the very long delivery time. I had to call because the product was supposed to be delivered, email in support, but nothing.
