Very good contact and responses from your headquarters, but difficulty in delivery by the carrier: he never called the phone number provided that could have allowed him to quickly find the delivery location (the address does not appear on the GPS). Without GPS, no salvation....! But 6 months after the order (diameter error during this order of protective net), we have what we need for next summer...

Quality product. Easy to assemble (I am a small woman and I installed it alone) but you need more than 2 people to tighten the cable completely. The kids are happy to play on it all day long.

The paint batch was defective: the adhesive and the solvent completely dry!!! I had to make additional purchases which deeply irritated me. My goal was precisely to avoid that which would have justified the high expense for a little paint!!!

If the trampoline received satisfies me, I am however very unhappy with the customer relationship of France Trampoline. I have contacted the company several times (in July and August) by phone to request a quote for 4 identical trampolines. Each time I was received on the phone by a charming person but I never received the requested quote??? What is happening at France Trampoline that does not call back its customers?

Long delivery time

Quality trampoline despite a manufacturing delay with a delivery that was postponed 3 times.

Large Apollo trampoline suitable for sports use by an adult-sized person: stable and solid structure; springs and jumping mat allow for great rebounds; high and solid safety net but fragile in some points (entry, carbon fiber arches). The quality of the materials is good, except for some plastic parts and a few points of fragility of the net. After 3 months of use, the pleasure is still there. The few problems encountered are: - the plastic hooks to hold the protective foam around the jumping mat break one after the other. - the zipped entry of the net threatens to tear quickly as it is not designed for a medium/large person - the carbon arch that holds the net up is very difficult to install and quite fragile - the net is very difficult to install - at least 2 people are needed but preferably 3 or 4 to properly install the trampoline. - leaves and anything that flies in a garden is likely to get stuck between the protective foam and the net: difficult to keep the edges of the jumping area perfectly clean. As for the supplier, the advice over the phone is wise and an impression of seriousness and professionalism emerges from the exchanges. As for the website, one can regret that the status of the order does not evolve after the order has been placed (in other words: no provisional tracking of the delivery which is annoying because one must be present on the day of delivery).

I ordered a trampoline over 10 years ago which I was very satisfied with, both in terms of product quality and after-sales service, and I have just renewed the experience to offer one to my children who have now become parents themselves.

Quality products conforming to the description and received within the announced timeframe. Order received in 2 deliveries due to unavailability of a product but we had to manifest for the 2nd delivery because we were apparently forgotten...

Deadlines not met. Delivery of net attachments with an incompatible size, so a reminder to request a shipment with the correct attachments this time. Reception of the ladder 1 month after the trampoline...
