Order deadline (delivery in June 2020) respected despite the Covid crisis, and assembly (with two people) without particular difficulty contrary to what we have read in some reviews. The assembly parts are sturdy and the materials used seem really durable. Nothing to compare with those found at the competitor 'à fond la forme'! I highly recommend this brand, especially for the delivery service, as despite the confinement period and a delay in the announced deadlines, the carriers are also very serious (tracking the package from A to Z, and reachable immediately). Also available by phone, the technicians are attentive and provide good advice. The only small downside: the assembly instructions, which could be optimized. Regarding the delivery, the trampoline arrived later than expected. As we were absent because we were not informed of the delivery day, the delivery person called us to say that he would leave the trampoline in front of the gate even though we had left instructions. He justified the drop at the gate by saying that it wouldn't be stolen. We insisted that he leave the trampoline with the neighbors.
