The product is compliant and of quality.. However, the delivery did not go as planned... no contact from the delivery person to define the delivery day.. being a merchant I had to call customer service twice to be sure about delivery details.. which is not very serious either but I had to organize myself on the spot... too bad

High quality trampoline, received on time, nothing to do with those found in supermarkets like Decathlon. Not very easy to assemble but once installed everything is perfect.. I highly recommend France Trampoline.

Very happy with the trampoline, however the anchoring kit is of mediocre quality, especially the straps, one broke while tightening it by hand, I dare not imagine the day when the wind blows at over 100 km/h

We have had our trampoline for 10 years, we have bought several nets but the last one was not of the same quality as the previous ones, the attachments keep coming off, let's not talk about the edge of the trampoline. The first time we change it in 10 years which is quite good except that this one will not last 10 years for sure.... lower quality, we are disappointed with the accessories we have to repurchase, trampoline at this price...

We understand that you encountered difficulties in fixing the attachments at the bottom of the net that allow it to be secured to the trampoline frame: could you send us a photo of your installation so that we can ensure that there was no problem during assembly, or that you did not receive defective parts? Furthermore, regarding your protective cushion, the materials have evolved in recent years, the impression during installation may be different from your original cushion, however, we assure you that this new cushion will provide you with the same level of safety as the old one! My trampoline has still not been delivered after 2 months of ordering. The first appointment with the delivery person was not honored by the delivery people, the second appointment was the same. After 3 calls, I learned that the trampoline was broken during the second appointment. No clear information to date on the expected new delivery date.

The pallet had to be returned to our warehouse so that we could verify it before proceeding with its reshipment. What I didn't like is really the unavailability of the items because they are accessories that are not complicated, like a shoe rack or the small ladder that can be found everywhere else and the waiting times are over 2 months so one shouldn't take advantage of that. On the other hand, there are no promotions or discounts on the amount of my order that I paid in advance.

The site, the quality of manufacturing inspired me during my research. Only the delays were long, we opted for the oval model 430 after advice from the technical service and it's perfect. Assembly is quite easy. A small defect on a cushion was taken under warranty immediately. So far it's perfect, I recommend it to those around me.
