The product is very well thought out. But the attachments are a bit long to put on and take off when a storm or strong wind approaches. We finally attached it only with the Velcro which is easier and quicker to remove!! My daughter won't enjoy it for long because she almost touches the middle bar.

The net does not go all the way around at the base while at the top at the stakes everything corresponds, unfortunately I cannot close the zipper all the way down.

The product is compliant and of quality.. However, the delivery did not go as planned... no contact from the delivery person to define the delivery day.. being a merchant I had to call customer service twice to be sure about delivery details.. which is not very serious either but I had to organize myself on the spot... too bad

High quality trampoline, received on time, nothing to do with those found in supermarkets like Decathlon. Not very easy to assemble but once installed everything is perfect.. I highly recommend France Trampoline.

Very happy with the trampoline, however the anchoring kit is of mediocre quality, especially the straps, one broke while tightening it by hand, I dare not imagine the day when the wind blows at over 100 km/h

We have had our trampoline for 10 years, we have bought several nets but the last one was not of the same quality as the previous ones, the attachments keep coming off, let's not talk about the edge of the trampoline. The first time we change it in 10 years which is quite good except that this one will not last 10 years for sure.... lower quality, we are disappointed with the accessories we have to repurchase, trampoline at this price...

My trampoline has still not been delivered after 2 months of ordering. The first appointment with the delivery person was not honored by the delivery people, the second appointment was the same. After 3 calls, I learned that the trampoline was broken during the second appointment. No clear information to date on the expected new delivery date.
