The delivery was catastrophic: the first one arrived on a pallet that was too small, one leg was broken. I immediately spoke on the phone with someone very nice from France Trampoline who told me they would immediately resend my order express, but I had to wait another week to receive the second one which was on the same pallet barely more protected but fortunately intact, without an email confirmation or phone call, which raises stress when you see marked delivered on the tracking but it has not arrived... it would be good in this case to inform the customer of the REAL evolution of the delivery!!!

It is true that the conditions and delivery times during the entire duration of the lockdown were particularly difficult, with carriers operating with reduced staff and facing strong operational constraints due to barrier gestures and distancing. Regarding the delivery tracking, indeed in the case of automatic order returns following a delivery refusal, a computer issue prevents us from providing the customer with the tracking link for their package. The material is compliant. However, we had requested a small commercial gesture as we are regular customers. Every year we renew our equipment. Last year we bought a net but the zipper is of very poor quality and is already broken. No gesture was made....

One part is not suitable and proves to be unsafe for the use of the whole. We did not receive a response to our request made by email with attached photographs as requested. We cannot develop our site with this type of material under these conditions.
