Difficult to respond as our order was delayed due to lockdown conditions but I have no doubt about the follow-up under normal circumstances. For us, France Trampoline is quality. Too bad the prices are so high otherwise we would buy the zip line but as mentioned above, the quality is there.

Product of excellent quality!!!! Silent!!! No spring noise!!! Only downside: the assembly!!! A real headache!!! I think the instructions need to be absolutely revised!!! Yet used to various assemblies and having followed each step to the letter, I even anticipated by watching the explanatory video beforehand, we had to redo it several times for the frame!!! After a good afternoon of fierce struggle, the reward of having a very beautiful trampoline, qualitative that delights our daughter!!!
