Almost 2 months to get springs seems a bit long to me (not helped by Chronopost, 11 days to deliver.....) I can understand regarding COVID-19 but I think you should also be more vigilant about managing your stock.

We are extremely happy with the trampoline which is sturdy and of good quality. The only downside is the assembly: I indeed had to re-drill several holes (T-junctions) to allow the assembly of the trampoline.
