The instructions need to be revised.. 4 parts did not have the correct number... and the pliers (included) are not suitable for the requested assembly... otherwise the football cage is very good and my children are delighted!

this is the 2nd zip line I am installing. More expensive but of better quality and sturdier. The only complaint I can make (as with the first one) is that the cable and support are not made of stainless steel!

We bought our trampoline 8 years ago; very solid, never moved, good quality but has deteriorated with the weather conditions as it was never stored or disassembled the net. That's why we ordered a new net and frame to fully enjoy our Jump 360 trampoline again.

I am very happy with the service, I was advised on the parts to repair my trampoline and was sent a basket already ready to validate. In the end, the trampoline is like new!

I needed to contact them before the purchase to ensure I was ordering the right product (replacement jumping mat) that I needed and before delivery (lockdown period delaying it). Both times, I was welcomed well and received clear, precise answers that later proved to be correct. Package arrived in very good condition. I only gave 4 stars because the paint from the designs on the mat slightly stained the children's synthetic clothes; too bad.

We received the order on April 8th, noticed a defect in the net and reported it by email that evening.......still no response!!!!!

I had difficulty getting information about the order... the shipment was very long without any information, to this day I still have not received all the ordered products, but I have been billed and charged
