Delivery on time. Friendly delivery person - helped me transport the order to the desired storage place. Good service. Regarding the product design: the attachment of the safety net posts to the trampoline legs is difficult, inserting the strap requires a lot of force. The instruction manual is not very clear either. However, once the assembly is complete, the whole thing is perfectly stable.

Delivery during confinement. My son was happy and almost kissed the delivery man!!! The fabric received is much thinner than the one I had before... I did not expect this quality.... we will see in use.... Thank you

Quality telephone reception during confinement, however the speech was not always the same! Poor communication between the shipping platform and the telephone platform! I really waited a long time for my trampoline despite ordering by phone just before confinement...
