Hello, Delivery was perfect. Product quality: Disappointed, the net is much thinner than the one we bought in 2012, the design of the net has regressed, the old one was much more finished and much sturdier but the most alarming thing is the strap fixings which for some broke within the first 24 hours when jumping on the trampoline, they do not hold, the fixing of 20212 was far superior in efficiency and quality. VERY disappointed.. The opening is very narrow, it is really not easy to get out, it is very poorly designed. I am very surprised because in 2012 the net was impeccable, it lasted 8 years without being disassembled even once. I do not understand your new policy, what is the objective that the net does not hold and that we buy one quickly, I do not understand, I who have been advertising for you since 2012???? I will have to replace all the plastic hooks that attach to the springs, I recovered the old ones from the old net but it is not very professional on your part. If you want quality, you buy French but unfortunately that is no longer the case. If you have any questions, I remain available.

Very good responsiveness following a problem with the trampoline cover

Zip line meets expectations and is of good quality. It makes my daughters happy. The instructions are quite complete but there is one important detail missing in my opinion: what do we do with the return of the line once we go around the tree? Should we cut the remaining length? I opted for a loop to pass the line back through the clamps towards the arrival tree.
