The people on the phone are very friendly and know how to advise the customer according to their expectations. The customer service is very responsive. The family jump 360 trampoline perfectly matches what we wanted and the quality of the product is there. The safety net is very reassuring, as is the entire trampoline. The children appreciate it and thank you.

Ballast bags conform to what was expected. However, one of them had a defect and was immediately replaced by France Trampoline. Thank you and well done for this responsiveness.

Very very long delay (but with the confinement problem). One of the items did not meet my expectations (no elastic in the replacement fiberglass arcs for the top of the net, unlike the original part, so quite a hassle to install).

Fast delivery. Satisfactory quality. One might regret the frankly improvable assembly system, especially for the net. The absence of stainless steel screws is a shame for a product intended for outdoor use.
