a bit disappointed because I was warned that there was a delay for the restock of my order. However, the total price of the purchase was debited even though the site didn't even have the product in its warehouses 1 month before delivery.

Our trampoline is now 8 years old and we just changed the net because it stays outside all year and is not disassembled. So it is of very good quality! Plus, I was called back within 5 minutes to help me place my order based on the type of products I started with. I am more than satisfied!

Good product, but... The nuts are low quality. I replaced everything with stainless steel locking (2 E for the 8). 2 small frays on the steel wire that braids the cable. The spacing of the tensioner is insufficient to fit both sides of the cable. It's not a big deal, but it bothers me. I like things to fit properly! At this selling price, we shouldn't be *** Euros short to provide quality materials! The set works and the kids are happy.

In general, I am satisfied but a problem with stock led to a lack of reflection on delivery. I ordered a net and the upper support for it, I only received the support, the net not being available for 2 months!! I have no use for the support without the net, I would have preferred to be offered to cancel the delivery. I therefore found a net on another site, significantly cheaper and of better quality.
