Quality trampoline, good finishes. Delivery delayed due to confinement but we were warned. Very satisfied with my purchase

Very fast delivery despite COVID, quality product, the children are delighted. It's a shame that the recommended 8% slope for cable installation is not indicated on the site in the product description; I couldn't install it where I had planned. On the other hand, I noticed a small defect on the multi-strand steel cable, one of the strands is folded over itself for a few millimeters. I hope this won't affect its longevity (I took a photo). I would have liked to make a complaint to have it exchanged but the children were too impatient...

Material conforms and of good quality

Trampoline delivered a few days late. Problem with the jumping mat: one strap was damaged and gave way after a few minutes, at the level of the triangular attachment that connects to the spring. The mat was changed quickly, without a message, little note, comment... But it arrived quickly and without hassle :-) ... We also ordered a cover, and it is already quite delayed!!! :-(
