Order deadline (delivery in June 2020) respected despite the Covid crisis, and assembly (with two people) without particular difficulty contrary to what we have read in some reviews. In short, nothing to complain about regarding the supplier and the item.

Very happy with our purchase! The trampoline and accessories are of very good quality. My husband was able to assemble it (almost) by himself! The assembly parts are sturdy and the materials used seem really durable. Nothing to compare with those found at the competitor 'à fond la forme'! I highly recommend this brand, especially for the delivery service, as despite the confinement period and a delay in the announced deadlines, the carriers are also very serious (tracking the package from A to Z, and reachable immediately). Also available by phone, the technicians are attentive and provide good advice. The only small downside: the assembly instructions, which could be optimized.
