Following a strong gust of wind, my daughter's winter trampoline cover was torn off and flew away, breaking 2 trampoline poles (oval 4m90) in the process, a disaster in the morning when my daughter discovered that! Fortunately, after a call, we were immediately able to repurchase the cover but also spare parts that arrived quickly. The trampoline is like new again, much to my daughter's delight 😊.

Very good without issues, EXCEPT the delivery, the delivery person set a day and a time slot to drop off the package, but in the end, I wasn't even contacted by phone when he didn't see me arrive, so the delivery person signed for me and left the package in front of my entrance door visible to everyone on the street (it could have been stolen). I am correct because I did not make a scandal and said that I had not received anything as many people could have done to get another one.

The manual could benefit from additional explanations, such as on the assembly of the sleeve protections on the net fixing tubes, or the installation of the protective cover. Last less positive note, I receive spam for a clearly unsolicited advertising campaign barely a week after the purchase. That's good thanks, I just bought a trampoline, I don't collect them. And I don't like spam.
