After a first order of a large family trampoline this summer (oval 430) and being fully satisfied (order, delivery, product quality), I then ordered a mini sports trampoline for use in an apartment. Upon receipt, it turned out that this trampoline had a major stability defect. The after-sales service was top-notch!! Good listening, responsiveness of the team, follow-up of the problem, everything was impeccable, I now have a mini trampoline that works perfectly. A big congratulations and a big thank you to the entire France Trampoline team for their follow-up and listening, I recommend!

The net ordered as a replacement is not of the same quality as the previous one. The 2 edges do not meet, the previous one had 2 zippers and therefore a much easier way to enter the trampoline.

Indeed, for safety standards reasons, it is no longer possible on the new trampoline nets to have an opening with a zip door in the shape of an 'L'. The new opening system is therefore based on a vertical zip that opens the entire height of the net to maintain easy entry and exit from the trampoline. Indeed, you need to try to stretch it well to avoid water pooling in case of rain or at least create a channel for the water to be evacuated more easily.
