The product was delivered to me damaged the first time. Fortunately, I was able to be delivered again the next day. I am happy with the responsiveness of my contact (*** I believe), very attentive. The product satisfies me but it is impossible to close the zipper, that’s the big downside... it immediately opens up, which is very dangerous for children.

The site offers free deliveries that are not really free. Right after the order, I received an email indicating that since I did not choose the option at *** that allows scheduling a delivery appointment, I would be charged *** per package in case of absence. My order included 2 packages, shipped 1 day apart which forced me to take 2 days off. I call that ***.

After a first order of a large family trampoline this summer (oval 430) and being fully satisfied (order, delivery, product quality), I then ordered a mini sports trampoline for use in an apartment. Upon receipt, it turned out that this trampoline had a major stability defect. The after-sales service was top-notch!! Good listening, responsiveness of the team, follow-up of the problem, everything was impeccable, I now have a mini trampoline that works perfectly.
