Rather good service. The safety closure is not sturdy after 3 uses and the zip has come undone. The protective cover is too complicated to install and therefore does not serve much during the useful period.

Very clear site and detailed technical sheet (maybe a bit more precision on the performance of the trampolines especially when you have sporty children). Simple assembly. Aesthetic trampoline. Advisors quickly reached by phone. Trampolines are more expensive than those seen in stores but the quality and sturdiness are worth the extra cost. The products are good, the contacts are very attentive, but the delivery is terrible: it took 3 shipments and 1 month to receive everything (first package too fragile that disintegrated in transport with the loss of 4 springs out of 10, second package in cardboard but with ... 3 springs out of 4 ..., third package for the last spring that had the wrong postal code!!) Conclusion: never use Colissimo. Best regards
