A few small issues with the delivery which was postponed. Communication with the delivery organization was a bit complicated. I was asked to choose a day and date but I could never access my account. In the end, they came at random. Fortunately, there was someone at my home since I was absent myself.

The person who makes the appointment with you offers a day and confirms that the driver will call you 30 minutes before. I was not at home and 20 minutes away. I was waiting for the driver's call... and well, he called once in front of my house telling me that he never calls 30 minutes before. I arranged with the neighbors. But apart from that, everything is perfect.

Delivery was perfect. Material very well packaged and therefore well protected. As soon as the trampoline was set up, my children tried it out immediately and adopted it right away. Having already had a trampoline, I can say that this one is very sturdy and the materials used are of good quality.

The product that was sent to me is not the right one. I have to take steps to return it due to a shipping error. I am not at all satisfied, unlike the first order I placed a few years ago.

Perfect and fast

The product is great but the delivery was average. The total weight of the packages was about 150kg and the delivery person dropped the packages at the end of our driveway and didn't even want to help us load the boxes into the car to move the packages a bit. Review your conditions with your carrier!
