The person who makes the appointment with you offers a day and confirms that the driver will call you 30 minutes before. I was not at home and 20 minutes away. I was waiting for the driver's call... and well, he called once in front of my house telling me that he never calls 30 minutes before. I arranged with the neighbors. But apart from that, everything is perfect.

The product is great but the delivery was average. The total weight of the packages was about 150kg and the delivery person dropped the packages at the end of our driveway and didn't even want to help us load the boxes into the car to move the packages a bit. Review your conditions with your carrier!
