Very good product, except for the anchoring kit which is a bit light and has a strap system that is not practical at all. Ratchets would have been much quicker for me as I move the trampoline every time I mow.

Product that seems to be of excellent quality: perfect size, very pleasant bounce. The product arrived very quickly (4 days after order). The instructions were clear, and the assembly went well, despite a bit of hassle with the structure. I am very satisfied with the product, much less with the delivery: absolutely rude and obnoxious delivery person, who literally threw my package into the garden, unacceptable... I sent an email to the delivery platform, I certainly received no response.

Part of the material arrived damaged. 3 of the 5 plastic pieces, located at the top of the metal rods, arrived broken. The packaging was not well done enough. These plastic pieces could have been better protected, as they are very fragile.

And we've never had an accident... even when there are too many children on it! And it also serves as a lounge for the kids when it's too hot to jump... (Very happy with our purchase for our 8 grandchildren who are now 14 and 9 years old!)
