For the delivery time, super fast. The contacts (phones, emails) impeccable. The packaging (boxes) were, however, in poor condition. I even noted on the delivery slip that there were reservations (the trampoline will be unpacked and assembled in a few weeks at the countryside)

We contacted France Trampoline following an early wear problem on an item we purchased a few months ago. As usual, their customer service was attentive and very efficient: after sending photos from our side to explain the encountered problem, they immediately sent us a new part to replace the defective one. I am disappointed with the layout of your website because I was convinced that I would receive a free basketball hoop if I ordered a foot trampoline. Order received very quickly, good communication with customer service. However, regarding the maximum weight supported by the trampoline, not very clear: label on the trampoline Max 120kg, in the manual 15kg, on the site 35 kg, after inquiry with customer service finally 25 kg.
