The product after a few days of use seems very good. My dissatisfaction comes from the delivery time which was not respected and the price of the product: for a delivery to Switzerland, the shipping + customs + VAT costs almost as much as the trampoline itself. This should be made much clearer when ordering! This trampoline (Ovaline 430) cost us: ***€ (trampoline) ***€ (shipping + customs fees) ***€ (VAT + customs fees on the Swiss side) In summary, my neighbors who wanted to order the same quickly abandoned the idea and I advise against continuing deliveries to Switzerland at this price under the risk of receiving numerous complaints!

I had to take care of retrieving all the packages in my car because they did not take care to check if their 18-ton truck could deliver to me while it was empty by the way. This is the first time a delivery person has encountered difficulty for a reason of accessibility that could have been anticipated. I had taken half a day off to respect their delivery time slot. If I hadn't retrieved the packages myself from the side of the road, they wouldn't have delivered to me. Otherwise, very good product.

Very good quality trampoline. The net and its closure are very sturdy. The bounce of the mat is dynamic. We have as much fun as the kids. The trampoline does not move like others can when jumping with several people inside. My children are safe... and the kit with the ladder, the anchors, and the cover are essential to complete everything. Despite the wind we have here, it hasn't moved.
