The product is perfect, but I was very disappointed with the delivery conditions. The chosen provider asks the customer to be present one day during the week between 8 am and 7 pm, without at least being able to guarantee a delivery in the morning or the afternoon before the morning of the delivery itself. In short, either you take a whole day off just for that, or... too bad for you! I wrote to France Trampoline to report it, but no response... disappointing!

I ordered a BOOSTER trampoline. I had everything regularized. In the end, I retracted because after reflection it was a bit tight for my 2-year-old son. No issues with the cancellation. Very professional, pleasant, and responsive customer service. Everything was resolved within the day. I really agree with all the positive reviews I have read online. Serious company. I recommend without worries and will gladly recommend again.

To be sure to have my order on time, I chose an express order in 24 hours, and on the scheduled day I received a text that there was a problem and that my delivery was delayed!!! And since the next day was May 1st, I only received my package the day after that!! In the meantime, I still paid VERY, TOO much for this delivery!! Otherwise, nothing to say: very good packaging, item corresponding well to my order!

It's true that once assembled, the trampoline looks great and is impressive. But the assembly is far from being as easy as in the online help videos. In particular, the famous 'exclusive' T-junctions only fit very difficultly with some other parts. Contacted, the customer service encouraged us to assemble them with force. A few well-placed hammer blows got it done. But the assembly that should have taken an afternoon ended up taking several days. And the trampoline is probably no longer fully dismountable now.
