After a first order of a large family trampoline this summer (oval 430) and being fully satisfied (order, delivery, product quality), I then ordered a mini sports trampoline for use in an apartment. Upon receipt, it turned out that this trampoline had a major stability defect. The after-sales service was top-notch!! Good listening, responsiveness of the team, follow-up of the problem, everything was impeccable, I now have a mini trampoline that works perfectly. The net ordered as a replacement is not of the same quality as the previous one. The 2 edges do not meet, the previous one had 2 zippers and therefore a much easier way to enter the trampoline.
