Super soft mat! Perfect size! The kids are happy to enjoy doing tricks. 😄

Order placed by phone, very good advice (just needed spare parts) and especially very good products (trampoline bought here 8 years ago, the main structure is still in excellent condition, the jumping mat is only just starting to show signs of wear). The only complaint concerns the delivery (the carrier does not notify either the day or the time of delivery), however, delivery was quick (4 days).

Barely 15 days of use and the edge of the trampoline is coming undone, cracked... Not of good quality.

The only negative remark is that I have already seen trampolines of this brand at friends' houses and their net had a zipper closure. On mine, the closure system is more complicated and the passage is very narrow. This system is not practical...

Quality product that meets expectations

Very happy with my purchase but I am disappointed about one point: I bought the Booster trampoline to support a weight of 150kg max and not 120kg with the entry-level trampoline. And upon unpacking, surprise, the tarp indicates 120kg, the manual indicates 120kg... The customer service, very quick and pleasant, by phone and by email, confirmed to me that my trampoline supports 150kg because the structure is sturdier but I have no document certifying this apart from the website. It's a shame given the price of the trampoline.

Everything went well until the delivery which was poorly organized. The product arrived almost a week after the expected deadline and I had to go pick it up myself at the regional storage to retrieve it on time.

Good but it's a shame I was given a gift (basket) that is unusable on my trampoline model!!!!

For the delivery time, super fast. The contacts (phones, emails) impeccable. The packaging (boxes) were, however, in poor condition. I even noted on the delivery slip that there were reservations (the trampoline will be unpacked and assembled in a few weeks at the countryside)
