The product after a few days of use seems very good. My dissatisfaction comes from the delivery time which was not respected and the price of the product: for a delivery to Switzerland, the shipping + customs + VAT costs almost as much as the trampoline itself. This should be made much clearer when ordering! This trampoline (Ovaline 430) cost us: ***€ (trampoline) ***€ (shipping + customs fees) ***€ (VAT + customs fees on the Swiss side) In summary, my neighbors who wanted to order the same quickly abandoned the idea and I advise against continuing deliveries to Switzerland at this price under the risk of receiving numerous complaints!

Very satisfied with the product. A bit long to assemble but the kids are thrilled. It lacks a 5th star because the delivery from Kuhne-Hagel went badly. I had to take care of retrieving all the packages in my car because they did not take care to check if their 18-ton truck could deliver to me while it was empty by the way. This is the first time a delivery person has encountered difficulty for a reason of accessibility that could have been anticipated. I had taken half a day off to respect their delivery time slot. If I hadn't retrieved the packages myself from the side of the road, they wouldn't have delivered to me. Otherwise, very good product.
