Very good product but the delivery was terrible. Announced between 2 and 5 working days, the trampoline arrived after 9 working days and I had to send several emails and then call 2 different carriers.... terrible! This is not worthy of a product sold at such a price

Very good quality product: the price may seem high but the quality is really there compared to what I have been able to see/buy elsewhere. However, the delivery is catastrophic: deadlines not respected, loss of the product at the delivery location... one piece of advice to France Trampoline: change your service provider!

I bought a jump up trampoline 9 years ago, very good quality material. I just ordered a replacement net (accidentally damaged)... excellent after-sales service... very good phone reception, well advised and fast shipping. I recommend France Trampoline.
