Quality product, easy assembly, good packaging. A downside for the delivery provider who leaves us little room for delivery and asking us to cancel a medical appointment made 6 months ago to deliver to us!!!!!!

Second trampoline purchased, the first lasted 6 years, the mat was changed once (spring seams were coming loose), intensive use all year round outside by the sea, secured by strong winds. We already bought a trampoline in 2018 and were satisfied and we just bought the Ninja course. One of the elements did not seem very well finished and we sent photos to customer service who immediately sent us a replacement item without any problem.

The trampoline expected between 2/5 working days arrived in 12 days. Communication was poor. The carrier had a significant issue, France Trampoline was not proactive in finding a solution. Otherwise, the product is very good: expect more than 15 days for delivery
