Super seller. We ordered a cover to redo our old trampoline. Before sending it to us, they checked that we had not made a mistake in our measurements.

I had the opportunity to call you and the person I spoke with was very kind and responsive. The only downside will be on the delivery. The company sent a text message indicating a delivery date, then another saying that the delivery could not be finalized and asking to schedule another one via a number. Unfortunately, when I wanted to make the request, the number was unknown!! And in the end, I found the package (ballast bags) in my mailbox... packaging well damaged but fortunately the bags are intact.

Kudos to France trampoline, I made a mistake in the order. I opened the package and tried to set up the net several weeks after receipt. It was not suitable. After a phone call, they indicated the reference compatible with the trampoline (which was purchased 7-8 years ago already!). I returned the net and the new one was delivered to me very quickly. The only small criticism is that the bottom hooks are a bit simplistic and come undone when the kids jump a bit hard. The old one had hooks that held better.
